Enter details and upload photos of your property at our website, we check and redraft to ensure legal compliance. Your home is then featured on GetSet2Move, Rightmove and selected property web sites giving you massive Web market coverage. A GetSet2Move ‘For Sale’ sign ensures access to your local market. We then screen emails and telephone enquiries and forward them by email for you to follow up.

Silver: A web based estate agency service. Fee 0.5% +VAT of the final sale price, not payable until your buyer exchanges contracts. You get all the features of the Bronze service plus:

At GetSet2move your solicitor is appointed and the legal work is started as soon as you sign up. We also appoint an independent solicitor to represent all buyers’ interests. This allows the preliminary legal work to be completed before the sales process begins. From the start we are seeking firm offers for your property. We can also provide online auctions, bringing your buyers together to get the highest market price for your property. With an Auction sale, after the hammer falls, there’s no waiting for a chain to break. It’s that fast.

Safer:
Unlike a conventional estate agency, we first agree the reserve price with the seller. That’s the minimum price at which your home can be sold. We then set a guide price, at a higher figure to market the property. We handle the negotiations, advise and inform you of all offers for your final decision.

We have made the sale process easier for buyers too. Before you make an offer or bid at GetSet2move.com, you can view all the documentation on our website, the standard questions and answers from the solicitors and a report from the nominated buyers solicitor explaining what it all means. You only pay for any of this help, if you have the highest bid. You don’t have to put the full deposit down at once and you can get “agreement in principle” from a Mortgage Broker on site.
